Payouts and Thresholds

• Monthly Payouts: Payments are made monthly to your US bank account.
• Sales Threshold: A minimum of $500 in sales is required to activate a payout. (shipping, & discounts are not included)
• Transparency and Tracking: Our affiliate portal allows you to track your performance in real-time. This transparency ensures you can see what is performing well and exactly what commissions you are earning.
  
  Special Perk: For a limited time affiliates have an extra special opportunity.. Consistently perform for our brand by hitting the monthly threshold and we will send you a profit share bonus that will be paid out quarterly as a thank you for the support. The sooner you get started the best shot you have to get this bonus on top of your monthly commission!

• We aim to make our program as achievable as possible for affiliates of all audience sizes. Whether you have a large following or are just starting, we value your partnership and believe you can make a significant impact.

Support for Affiliates

• Influencer Bundle: Purchase our Influencer Bundle from our website to receive one of each of our supplement products. This allows you to test and use them as props for content to share with your followers.
• Reimbursement of Influencer Bundle: We understand the importance of minimizing costs for our affiliates. Once you meet the $500 sales threshold, we will reimburse the cost of your first Influencer Bundle. This policy ensures that we cover our costs and maintain genuine affiliate interactions, while affiliates confident in their ability to hit the threshold can do so knowing their initial investment will be refunded.
• Tax Responsibility: The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to the income earned from the affiliate program. Tired Mommys will not withhold any taxes from affiliate payments, except as required by law (e.g., backup withholding).
  

Affiliate Links and Commissions

• Affiliate Link: Sign up through the link on our website to receive your unique affiliate link.
• Commission Structure: As a startup, we are offering a generous commission percentage to our affiliates while allowing some margin to be used as a coupon code that you can share with your followers. Please note that the commission structure may change as the business scales.

Content Guidelines

• Tasteful and Positive Content: All content must align with our brand values and be tasteful and positive. We do not accept content that is rude, offensive, or inappropriate.
• Content Usage: By participating in our affiliate program, you grant Tired Mommys the right to share and promote any content you produce however we choose. This includes but is not limited to social media, marketing materials, and our website.

Legal and General Policies

• Right to Modify Terms: Tired Mommys reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
• Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Tired Mommys products.
• Prohibited Actions: Affiliates may not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices, including but not limited to false advertising, spam, or misuse of affiliate links.
• Termination: Tired Mommys reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the policy or any applicable laws.
